The bottles lined up on the counter are homemade drinks made by steeping fresh lemons in shochu and whiskey. Our homemade lemon sours and lemon highballs are made with shochu and whiskey that have been steeped in lemons for a long time. The taste is of course different from store-bought drinks, and the texture and aroma of the lemon pulp is on a whole different level! We recommend them to female customers as they are easy to drink.
